As we close out our Alchemizing webinar series for 2022, I am really excited about HRCI’s December 15 webinar, Get Game Ready for 2023, for several reasons. First, all of us are going to benefit from the topic, especially given the pressures facing organizations in 2023. It has been such a pivotal time for HR because what worked previously does not work well moving forward. It is not HR’s fault – we are operating in a post-COVID world where work has been redefined, combined with new entrants into the workforce and significant economic pressures looming. We all need help.
Which brings me back to this webinar. I have known the presenter – Chris Steer – for years and he is a breath of fresh air. A change agent who can motivate others to create systems of clarity, accountability and connection. He is also passionate about time and energy; the former is finite, but the latter can be created. He is always learning and encourages us to do the same. At HRCI, that is core to our values too.
