Chris and his team help people produce higher levels of performance through leader, manager, and team development as well as organizational excellence initiatives.
Chris is a seasoned entrepreneur, business advisor, and attorney, with extensive experience developing leaders and building better organizations across multiple industries. He founded and partnered in several successful organizations while also serving as a trusted advisor and counselor to hundreds of organizations and leaders. As a former Division I college athlete and a longtime youth sports coach, Chris has a longstanding passion for effective leadership and high performance.
Chris earned his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. He serves as the Board Chair for Next One Up as well as other foundations and charitable organizations.
