Human Resource Manager
The Human Resources is responsible for providing management and leadership to the HR Certification Institute's (the "Institute") HR support efforts including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits administration, performance management administration, policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with federal, state and local employment laws. The successful candidate seeks to develop a highly engaged staff that is challenged and aligned with the Institute's vision, mission and values. S/he will help develop staff, advance a culture of collaboration, and work with other functional area to assist with budgeting, training and employee relations. This position functions as an integral part of the Institute's leadership team working to achieve the organizational goals and objectives tied to the Institute's strategic plan.
