New product development includes pricing and packaging of existing content and products and new ideas for creating additional revenue streams for the HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®). This position ensures that the quality of our products are industry-leading and meet the highest quality standards through benchmarking assessments with other best-in-class credentialing organizations. HR Content Manager: The HR Content Manager is responsible for managing the integrity, validity and reliability of the HR Certification Institute’s (the “Institute”) examination instruments as well as the exam development and maintenance processes through effective volunteer utilization and management. This position ensures that the capabilities and delivery of our certification exams are industry leading and meet the highest quality standards.
