A Live Preview of: “Creating a Recovery-Ready Workplace: A Guide for Employers”

With one in eleven U.S. employees living with a substance use disorder, employers have an important role to play to tackle stigma, bolster community, and enhance access to life-saving care.

Health Action Alliance’s newly updated Employer Guide, developed in partnership with Start with Hope, offers tactical recommendations for HR Leaders and other business professionals to tackle addiction stigma on the job and create a workplace culture that supports workers on their journey to recovery.

During this webinar, HAA will share a live preview of the guide and additional insights. Learn about the science of addiction and substance use disorder. Gain a deeper understanding of the business case for taking action and creating a recovery-ready workplace. Our speakers will also dive into practical steps you can take to create a supportive environment for those struggling with addiction.

Join Sarah Rauzin, HAA, and Philip Rutherford on May 23 at 1 p.m. ET.

This webinar has been approved for one (1) HR recertification credit toward any of HRCI’s eight credentials, including SPHR® and PHR®.
