Responsible for managing the integrity, validity and reliability of HR Certification Institute's (the "Institute") examination instruments as well as the overall exam development and maintenance process through effective volunteer management and program management. This position ensures that the Institute's certification exams are industry leading and meet the highest quality standards. The position works collaboratively with volunteers and external vendors, as well as others across the department and organization to continually improve operational effectiveness and achieve the organizational goals and objectives in support of the Institute's strategic plan. The Global Certification and Products Project Manager is responsible for cross-functional management of projects across both the GCP team and other HRCI departments. Primary areas of focus include accreditation, standards, process, and communications. This position ensures that all project management for the Global Certification Products Team is closely monitored and that deliverables are completed.
