The HR Content Manager is responsible for managing the integrity, validity and reliability of HR Certification Institute's examination instruments as well as the overall exam development and maintenance process through effective volunteer management and program management. This position ensures that the Institute's certification exams are industry leading and meet the highest quality standards. The position works collaboratively with volunteers and external vendors, as well as others across the department and organization to continually improve operational effectiveness and achieve the organizational goals and objectives in support of the Institute's strategic plan. IT Project Manager
Responsible for planning, implementing and tracking projects for the HRCI IT department. The position works collaboratively with members o the Institute team, internal and external partners, and customers of the Institute to deliver technical projects.
