Malcom Glenn

Malcom Glenn is a writer, speaker and equity consultant. He’s spent his career helping build partnerships between corporations, nonprofits and governments and telling the stories of the impact of that work.

In addition to his role as a Senior Advisor to Meteorite, Malcom is the Founder and CEO of MG Equity Consulting, an advisory firm that helps organizations embed equity in everything they do, inside and out. He’s a Fellow at New America’s Future of Land and Housing program, as well as a Senior Fellow at the Center for Workforce Inclusion.

Malcom was previously the Head of Global Policy for Accessibility and Underserved Communities at Uber, and before that, he was an Executive Communications Manager for Google’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Google, he was the National Director of Communications at the American Federation for Children and he managed issue campaigns at the polling firm Greenberg Quinlan Rosner. Malcom graduated from Harvard, where he was the president of The Harvard Crimson.
