Frank Danna is the Director of Culture at Softway and Culture+, as well as the co-creator of Seneca suite of products and services, co-host of Softway's Love as A Business Strategy podcast and co-author of the WSJ Bestselling book Love as A Business Strategy. Frank has been a key speaker at various conferences across the globe, including SXSW in Austin, TX, IRCE and Snaphappen.
Frank has mastered the skill of storytelling through the study of human behavior, video content, mobile applications, design and communication. Since his start at Softway, Frank has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success, including the creation of GhostCodes, a Snapchat discovery platform.
Prior to working at Culture+, Frank built his own media agency, Parabox Creative, where he was a pioneer in developing “viral” video content across Vine, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook and Twitter for over 100 top brands, including HBO, Twitter and Coke. As one of the very first social media influencers/content-creators, he garnered 65 million total viral views for himself and his clients before selling the business to Softway. In his early career, he worked for a startup where he led the development and promotion of mobile applications for various industries.
