The Data Scientist is responsible for drafting and executing HRCI's data strategy. This position will generate insights  through quantitative analysis, and develop processes to implement these insights, to create an exceptional customer experience and to improve core operations. Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for e-Learning course development and course re-design efforts. This position works with internal and external stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create high quality, rigorous, and engaging learning programs. This position creates deliverables for all phases of the course creation lifecycle including analysis documents, design documents, storyboards, and final learning deliverables that align to HRCI's overall business goals.
