Finding the right talent for a company is a huge factor and a bottom line difference maker. That’s why it’s important to do your homework before ever approaching a candidate. It’s critical to keep job requirements in mind to hire the most qualified candidate possible. Social media research can provide you with insights on attitude and professionalism. When a potential candidate is brought in for an interview, consider asking for the name of their current supervisor, along with the correct spelling.
