Amanda Daniel Monroe currently works as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant. Prior to her current role, Amanda held roles as a recruiter, HR Generalist, and HR compliance specialist.
Amanda earned her master’s degree in Applied Social Psychology from Loyola University Chicago where she studied statistics and implicit prejudice and bias. In 2016, her work on Black female stereotyping was published in the journal Women & Therapy. Amanda continues to be passionate about HR strategy as well as compensation analytics.
Amanda previously contributed to the development of HRCI upSkill™ assessments and continues to work on the aPHR and PHR exams as a Forms Reviewer, Item Writer, and coach for new item writers.
