Supporting the mission of the HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®), the HRCI Certification Council oversees the development, maintenance and administration of certification programs for the human resource profession, both in the U.S. and globally.
Amanda Daniel Monroe, MA, aPHR, PHR, SPHR

Amanda Daniel Monroe currently works as an HR Compliance Specialist at HudsonMann. She primarily consults with clients on affirmative action plans and diversity initiatives. Prior to her current role, Amanda has held roles as a recruiter and HR Generalist.
Amanda earned her master’s degree in Applied Social Psychology from Loyola University Chicago where she studied statistics and implicit prejudice and bias. In 2016, her work on Black female stereotyping was published in the journal Women & Therapy. Amanda continues to be passionate about diversity and inclusion as well as compensation analytics within HR.
Amanda previously contributed to the development of HRCI upSkill™ assessments and continues to work on the aPHR and PHR exams as a Forms Reviewer, Item Writer, and coach for new item writers.
