O. David Jackson is the CEO and Managing Partner of Altruist Partners, a strategy and technical advisory firm that offers nonprofit, corporate, foundation, and government clients proven and practical solutions to help solve their greatest strategic, revenue, and organizational challenges.
As a skilled and visionary business leader who is passionate about maximizing the impact that people deliver to organizations, Jackson’s leadership experience most recently includes nearly ten years directing large human resource and business growth efforts in China, India, and Europe at Microsoft. He also holds numerous leadership positions on nonprofit boards. In addition to his service to HRCI, Jackson serves on the Board of Regents for Seattle University, the University of Washington’s Meany Center for the Performing Arts, and is past President of the Domestic Abuse Women’s Network (DAWN), one of Washington state’s largest nonprofits working to end domestic violence.
As a proud graduate of Howard University, Jackson holds an MBA from Seattle University, where he is also completing a doctorate in education. Additionally, he teaches human resources management there as an Adjunct Professor of Business.
