Kay Kutt is the CEO leading Relocation Services for Silk Relo Limited, (formerly known as Asian Tigers Mobility Limited) in Asia. Kay is responsible for the team delivering Visa and Immigration, Destination and Moving Services in 14 countries throughout the region. She has over 25 years' experience in senior leadership roles and more than 18 years in the relocation industry.

Born in Canada, Kay has relocated more than 15 times throughout her life to locations including Toronto, Ontario, and Montreal, Quebec in Canada; Portersville, New Jersey, San Diego, California and Newtown, Connecticut in the United States; Jeddah in Saudi Arabia; Singapore, Beijing, China and most recently, Hong Kong in Asia.

Kay has held Board positions for both profit and not-for-profit organizations including the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and most recently in her capacity as Managing Director for Asian Tigers Mobility Ltd in Asia. 

Kay has held other Board positions in both profit and not-for-profit organizations including the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and most recently in her capacity as CEO  for Silk Relo Ltd in Asia.

She holds the HRCI Global Professional in Human Resources Certification (GPHR) as well as the Worldwide ERC® SCRP certification and the SGMS-T designations.

Kay is a recipient of Worldwide ERC®’s Meritorious and Distinguished Service Awards. Kay has served on multiple ERC® Committee’s including the Global Workforce Symposium Planning Committee; GMS Recertification Committee, Asia Pacific Committee and most recently on the Global Advisory Council. Kay continues to volunteer as a trainer for the ERC GMS training sessions as her contribution to the development of the next generation of relocation professionals.

Kay has been an active HRCI volunteer, assisting in development of the Body of Knowledge for their new Global HR Credentials, PHRi  and SPHRi. Kay has contributed time as an item writer and reviewer for HRCI’s certification programs.

In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her extended family in various corners of the world.
