Kay Kutt is the Managing Director for Asian Tigers Mobility Limited leading their Relocation Services in Asia. Kay is responsible for the team delivering destination, moving and Visa & Immigration services in 14 countries throughout the region. She has over 25 years in senior leadership roles and more than 18 years in the relocation industry.
Born in Canada, Kay has relocated more than 15 times throughout her life to locations including Toronto, Ontario, and Montreal, Quebec in Canada; Portersville, New Jersey, San Diego, California and Newtown, Connecticut in the USA; Jeddah in Saudi Arabia; Singapore, Beijing, China and most recently, Hong Kong.
Kay has held Board positions for both profit and not-for-profit organizations including the American Chamber of Commerce in HK, the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and most recently in her capacity as Managing Director for Asian Tigers Mobility Ltd in Asia.
Kay holds the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) Global Professional in Human Resources Certification (GPHR) as well as the Worldwide ERC® SCRP certification and the SGMS-T designations. Kay is a recipient of Worldwide ERC®’s Meritorious and Distinguished Service Awards. Kay has served on multiple ERC® Committee’s including the Global Workforce Symposium Planning Committee; GMS Recertification Committee, Asia Pacific Committee and most recently on the Global Advisory Council. Kay continues to volunteer as a trainer for the ERC GMS training sessions as her contribution to the development of the next generation of relocation professionals.
Kay has been an active volunteer for the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) assisting in developing the Body of Knowledge for their new Global HR Credentials, PHRi™ and SPHRi™. Kay has contributed time as an item writer and reviewer for HRCI’s certification programs.
In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her extended family in various corners of the world.
