He has 38 years of experience in global mobility and international compensation, and has lived and worked in Germany, Hong Kong and Japan. At Deloitte, he was a leadership member of Deloitte initiatives for both talent and global mobility transformation, and was a member of the Global Management Group. He currently serves as an Advisor for the SYPartners Group and as a Managing Director of Excelsior Advisory Associates LLC.
