- fill out program application
- send us application with $250 fee, includes a nonrefundable application processing fee of $100
- view the training webinar and complete quiz detailed in the program application
- agree to the program’s policies and procedures as outlined in the application

Please allow us four weeks to process your application. Once approved, we will create your organization an online account where you can begin submitting your continuing education activities for pre-approval.
