HR certification institute commit to a higher standard

As we continue our review of comments from hundreds of HR professionals who hold our PHR®, SPHR®, GPHR®, California, HRBP℠ or HRMP℠ credentials, we learn more about the traits and attributes that are held or exhibited by those who hold certification. This month we focus on “trust and development,” because we hear more and more that in certification not only offers development to the person becoming certified, but it also opens doors to career development. When it comes to trust, certified HR professionals find that their letters instill trust in them from their colleagues and peers and offers them a level of trust in others who hold certification. Certification is a quick measurement to all who view me as a human resource professional and is proof positive of my development as a human resource professional.
