With the holiday season upon us, this is a good time to carve out a few hours to study for your upcoming PHR®, SPHR®, GPHR® or California certification exam. Testing starts in just about a week, so this is the perfect opportunity to ensure that you are prepared.

Because our exams measure the mastery of the application of the HR body of knowledge, and no two HR practitioners come to the exam with the same experience and base of knowledge, it is truly impossible to train or teach to the exam.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t prepare yourself. Here are a few resources we’ve created to help you assess your readiness to take the exam:

After you’ve looked through these resources, you will be able to determine where you need to focus your study. Our recommendation is ensure that you understand the applicable HR body of knowledge and that you study the functional areas of HR and the content that falls under those functional areas.
