Sign On as an HRCI Volunteer

Volunteers are important to HRCI—and volunteering is a great way to hone your skills, make contacts and serve the profession.

It’s easy to express your interest in serving the profession as an HRCI item writer or reviewer, speaker, member of a special projects task force or member of the HRCI Board of Directors.

Here’s How

  1. Review the “Volunteer Opportunities” detailed on HRCI.org.
  2. Enter “My Recert File” from the HRCI.org homepage and access your recertification record, then click on “Apply to Be a Volunteer.” Use the online application to summarize your experience and identify the volunteer responsibilities for which you wish to apply.
  3. As your knowledge and experience changes, update the application.
  4. When an appropriate opening occurs, an HRCI staff member will contact you.

This volunteer module in “My Recert File” allows HRCI to maintain an updated database of individuals willing to share their specific knowledge and experience.
