Certified professionals’ participation continues to be vital to the update process. The practice analysis study began with a select group of GPHR-certified subject matter experts (SMEs), who reviewed the existing GPHR Body of Knowledge and made suggested changes to reflect the current practices of those working in the international HR management field. The suggested changes were then field tested by a second group of SMEs.

With the study phase complete, 2,000 global HR professionals are being asked to participate in a validation survey. If you hold the GPHR or are involved in global HR management, please be prepared to respond to this web-based survey if you are selected. Your experience and knowledge are the keys to creating an updated GPHR exam based on the most current global Body of Knowledge.

The practice analysis study will result in the updated GPHR Body of Knowledge, which will be used to create new GPHR examinations introduced in the spring of 2009.
