HRCI has engaged the Hay Group to extensively research the perceived and actual value of HR certification. Working with both HR professionals and non-HR senior executives and employees, researchers will delve into certification’s effects on compensation, career advancement, professional image and business results.

Study results will help shape marketing materials; branding and advertising initiatives; and contacts with professional, academic and mainstream media.
