Volunteers are important to HRCI! Now, it’s easier than ever to express your interest in serving the profession as an HRCI item writer or reviewer, member of a special projects task force or member of the HRCI Board of Directors.

Here’s How

1. Review the “Volunteer Opportunities” detailed on HRCI.org.
2. Enter “My Recert File” from the HRCI.org homepage and access your recertification record, then click on “Apply to Be a Volunteer.” Use the online application to summarize your experience and identify the volunteer responsibilities for which you wish to apply.
3. As your knowledge and experience changes, update the application.
4. When an appropriate opening occurs, an HRCI staff member will contact you.

This new volunteer module in “My Recert File” will allow HRCI to maintain an updated database of individuals willing to share their specific knowledge and experience.
